What do you enjoy most about your job?
The incredible variety and diversity in day-to-day work. There are so many great projects within the Group, and it’s a real pleasure to help develop these things and to fulfil your own potential.
What do you find most exciting about the market situation right now?
What I find most exciting at the moment is how much the market is changing. Requirements are evolving rapidly, new opportunities and challenges are emerging, and this dynamic is exactly what pushes us to stay flexible and develop innovative solutions. After 17 years with the company, it’s impressive to see how we keep reinventing ourselves while also building on our strengths.
If you could wake up tomorrow with a new professional skill, what would it be?
To be able to speak every language.

For me, the Brüning Group stands for a dynamic, bold, and innovative company. What is particularly defining, is the team and the culture: people who get things done, take responsibility, and want to make things happen together. This mix of experience and new ideas, as well as sharing successes and failures, particularly strengthens team cohesion and makes the company what it is!
Is there a ritual or tradition in your team that you particularly enjoy?
There is no classic ritual, but the after-work beer on Fridays or the “breakfast penalty” when someone oversleeps has already become something of a tradition.
