I think it’s openness and a willingness to cooperate, because that’s the basis for everything – even if a topic is unfamiliar or difficult, my colleagues never refuse to take action.

The current market is highly volatile and requires a high level of commitment. Every market participant knows that the coming heating season will be different from previous ones and is already preparing for it.
